The next decade of software
A keynote on what the second machine age looks like — and what tools, teams and tastes will define it.
Abstract
For two decades, "software" meant scale, lock-in, and category dominance. Almost nothing about the next ten years will look the same.
In this 45-minute keynote, Amira will trace four forces reshaping how software gets built — from the radical drop in distribution cost, to the rise of small teams winning markets the giants ignored. Expect concrete examples, no hand-waving about AI, and a few uncomfortable predictions.
You'll leave with
- A framework for evaluating which products to build next
- Three real teams shipping software in the new shape
- An honest take on the AI-as-feature vs AI-as-product debate
- Hot takes — Q&A welcome
